Ingredients:

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, garlic and yogurt. This marinade will be the key to the authentic taste of Arabic shawarma food.

Add the meat strips to the bowl and make sure they are completely covered with the marinade. Let stand for at least 2 hours or, ideally, overnight for a more flavorful Arabic shawarma meal.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and place the meat strips on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
